MEET ELINE

Meet Eline, the elder of the two sisters in this dynamic duo. At 29 years old, Eline is not only a passionate "happy dog mom" to the adorable Milly, but also a driven creative force within the company. She loves to bring her creativity to life. From conceiving catchy marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts and creating clothing designs for their own fashion brand: Gisèle The Label, she has a natural gift for capturing people's attention.

Eline is a true "people person." She thrives in social interactions and has a knack for communicating with others in a way that ignites their enthusiasm. Eline tends to take calculated risks and is open to impulsive decisions that sometimes surprisingly pay off. She injects a sense of adventure and innovation into the business, which is often complemented by her younger sister Maxine, who maintains stability and oversight.

MEET MAXINE

Meet Maxine, 27 years old and the youngest of two sisters. "To be an entrepreneur, you need common sense" and "numbers never let you down" are the guiding principles of her entrepreneurial spirit.

Maxine is fully responsible for the B2B aspect of the company. In this role, she builds strong relationships with partners and clients, driving the growth and expansion of the business. Additionally, she serves as the head of finance, where her analytical skills truly shine. Less impulsive than her sister Eline, Maxine makes decisions in a thoughtful and considered manner. If we were to describe Maxine in three words, they would be analytical, reasoned, and eager to learn. She is an inspiring force behind the company's success and strives to be a role model for everyone who works with her.

We are Eline & Maxine Stove, proud founders and owners of LETREND a fashion store in Kortrijk.

WHY WE STARTED WITH LE TREND?

As sisters, we wanted to share our clothing style with the world. We don't have one specific clothing style, nor does LE TREND. It is important to us that we only offer items that we would wear ourselves. You can compare LE TREND to our own walk-in closet, so to speak. One day we are in an edgy mood, the next day we dress like bohemian angels and another day we imagine ourselves as eye-catching businesswomen (with an appropriate outfit of course). With LE TREND, we want to give every woman the chance to discover her own style.

Our motto is to let people wear clothes they feel good in, without having to take others' reactions into account. We want everyone to dare to step out of their comfort zone thanks to our LE TREND items.

WHICH WAY HAVE WE TRAVELLED?

After a year and a half as a webshop - with several fashion shows, events and pop-up stores - we felt more and more the need to meet our customers offline as well. This led to the opening of our first pop-up store in 2019 in the center of Roeselare. In 2020, we decided to open a physical clothing store in the center of Kortrijk. This will allow us to be in close contact with our customers every day, because thanks to our klaten we are where we are today and we continue to grow.

WHAT IS LE TREND?

LE TREND is a clothing store in Kortrijk. Where you can find the latest fashion trends. We are constantly looking for clothing items, accessories and brands that stand out from the standard fashion items. That way the LE TREND assortment is carefully composed.

WHAT ELSE KEEPS US BUSY?

Besides LE TREND, Eline & Maxine are also active in other parts of the fashion field. In 2022 they started their own Belgian clothing label called Gisèle the label.
